About 60 Minutes Wellness
60 Minutes Wellness is a weekly educational briefing and paid membership for adults in the United States — not a clinic, pharmacy, or supplement store.
Effective August 29, 2026. Last updated August 29, 2026.
Who we are
60 Minutes Wellness publishes calm, evidence-oriented help on vitamins and supplements, blood sugar, weight management, memory, nerve pain, and joint pain. The website is the library and the checkout. The email is how the hour shows up when life is busy.
Every Sunday, members are offered health news worth reading, diet advice they can cook, and a link to that week’s 60-minute video tip. Membership is $9.99/month in U.S. dollars. Cancel anytime from Account.
What we are not
- Not a licensed healthcare practice, hospital, or telemedicine provider.
- Not a HIPAA covered entity. We still do not sell browsing as medical data.
- Not a pharmacy and not a supplement retailer. We do not attach a bottle checkout to the briefing.
- Not a government website. NIH, CDC, and similar names belong to those organizations.
Editorial independence
We do not sell your personal information. We do not take payment from a supplement brand to feature a product in the Sunday briefing. Public-health sources are listed on Sources. We summarize; we do not speak for those agencies.
Company and legal notices
60 Minutes Wellness is an online publication serving adults in the United States. For contracts, privacy requests, DMCA notices, and accessibility, use hello@60minuteswellness.com. Governing terms: Terms of Use. Privacy: Privacy Policy.
We do not list a walk-in clinic address because we do not see patients. Do not send medical records to this inbox.
Audio from other shows
Some public pages also surface official podcasts from U.S. organizations. Those shows are not a substitute for the 60 Minutes Wellness Sunday briefing, and they are not our primary paid offer.
