A Mediterranean-style pattern for the long haul

Leafy greens, berries, fish, olive oil, beans, and nuts show up again and again in brain-health research. No capsule replaces that pattern — or sleep, hearing care, and blood pressure control.

  1. Aim for fish twice a week (salmon, sardines, trout) if you eat seafood.
  2. Swap butter for olive oil in cooking most nights.
  3. Protect seven to eight hours of sleep. Exhausted brains forget more.
