Cookie Policy
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on 60 Minutes Wellness. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
Effective August 29, 2026. Last updated August 29, 2026.
1. What we mean by cookies
“Cookies” here includes HTTP cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar browser storage. 60 Minutes Wellness uses strictly necessary storage to run membership and a one-time notice. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics pixels, or social retargeting on pages we control.
2. Storage we set
| Name / type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Membership flag (local storage) | Remember an active membership on this browser so member video can unlock | Until you cancel, clear site data, or the browser removes it |
| Cookie notice (local storage) | Remember that you dismissed the storage notice | Until you clear site data |
These technologies are necessary for the service you request (staying signed in on this device, not showing the same banner every page load). U.S. state privacy laws generally treat this as reasonably expected business use, not a “sale.”
3. Third-party cookies we do not control
If you play a YouTube embed, Google may set cookies or use similar identifiers according to Google’s policies. We do not read those cookies. Blocking third-party cookies may stop a video from playing.
Image CDNs (for example Unsplash) and RSS hosts may log your IP address when your browser requests a file. That is a network request, not a 60 Minutes Wellness advertising cookie.
4. How to control storage
- Use your browser settings to delete cookies and site data for this domain.
- Use a private window if you do not want membership remembered after you close the window.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC) and “Do Not Track”: we do not sell or share for ads, so there is no sale to opt out of. We still honor the substance of a do-not-sell request as described in the Privacy Policy.
